Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes. You change or cancel your plan from your Account page, through Stripe's secure customer portal.
Is there a long-term commitment or cancellation fee?
No. All plans are billed month to month. You can cancel from your account settings at any moment, without penalty.
What counts as an "active offer in pipeline"?
An active offer is any opening saved in your workspace, at any stage, including ended ones. Offers marked "Not interested", archived offers and offers in the trash do not count toward your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and the accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Receipts are issued by Stripe. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Can I export my pipeline data if I cancel?
Yes. Your data stays yours: from your Account page, you can download your offers, notes, companies and activity as a JSON file at any time.
