  1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for a site to work; others, like analytics, are optional and need your consent.

  2. What this site uses, and why

On this website. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, so we do not ask you again on every page. It is strictly necessary. Only if you accept analytics, we also measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics (see below). This website uses no advertising and no third-party embeds, and loads its fonts from our own servers.

In the Raise application. We use:

    • Sign-in cookies, set by our authentication provider (Supabase), to keep you signed in. Strictly necessary.
    • Payment cookies, set by Stripe when you pay, to process the payment and prevent fraud. Strictly necessary.
    • Local storage for your display preferences (language, sidebar, table density, cookie choice). Strictly necessary for the features you use.
    • Analytics cookies (PostHog), only if you accept them. See below.
    • Page view counting (Vercel Web Analytics), which uses no cookies. See below.
  3. Optional analytics

On this website, and only if you accept, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: the pages viewed, the site that sent you, your approximate location, and your type of device, operating system and browser. It uses no cookies: visitors are counted with a code computed from the request, which Vercel deletes after 24 hours, and we only ever see totals. Before a visit is counted, we remove from the page address everything except the page itself and campaign tags (utm_). If you refuse, nothing is measured on this website.

In the application, and only if you accept, we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how Raise is used and to find errors: pages viewed, clicks, errors. We also record a sample of sessions to see where people get stuck. In these recordings, all text and every form field are masked: we cannot read what you type or what is on your screen.

If you refuse, PostHog measures nothing. The application also counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies (see above). Refusing does not change how Raise works for you.

We do not use advertising cookies.

  4. How to change your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it. You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings.

  5. How long your choice is kept

We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask you again. Optional cookies last at most 13 months.
